I’m an instructional designer and eLearning developer in Toronto with a background in graphic design, web and multimedia development, film production, and accessibility and inclusion. I used to be a web development instructor in the Professional Writing – Communications program at Centennial College and also facilitated ESL classes overseas.

I have 8+ years’ experience working with SMEs throughout the design and development process, analyzing training needs, providing guidance on strategies to promote learning and engagement using adult learning principles, and advising on the most effective learning solution to achieve training goals and business objectives. I love creating inclusive learning solutions that engage learners and provide opportunities for them to learn and grow.

I also recently completed a MEd in the Online Teaching and Learning field at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE), University of Toronto.
